My passion for cooking came from my grandmother. Somehow her spirit pushed me into the kitchen. I say that because I was never really the one cooking—I was always the one going to someone else's house to get a plate. But after I got my own home and started raising children, cooking became my thing. Feeding family and friends made people ask, “Why aren’t you doing this full-time?”

We’ve been rocking and rolling on this journey for about three years, starting with local pop-up events. Through those experiences, I discovered that I truly have a niche for this.  That’s how Eat’em Up Catering was created. I noticed that when people taste my food, they really eat it up. We bring bold Chicago flavors with a twist. Our specialties include tacos, burritos, and our signature egg rolls, including vegan options.

We have been booking events and gaining recognition throughout Chicago, and now we are looking to expand. With Sunshine and New Covenant programs, I am confident that our knowledge and experience will increase revenue.

Our competitors, have great rolls, but their flavors and boldness are not there. Eat’em Up Catering brings stronger, bolder flavors that give us a competitive edge, along with personal service and a strong community focus.

We are also looking to expand and collaborate with other businesses to get a garden. We want to bring in and keep those fresh and bold flavors. We feel this will attract people to be confident in what they are getting, quality food.

Our company has also worked with the Illinois Green Business Association to serve our dishes in eco-friendly products.​  At Eat’em Up, we're not just serving food—we're building community, one delicious bite at a time.
